I have installed RSP on Windows 2008 once. I tried, but failed, to do it with any security features on: firewall, UAC and IEES. I advice you to turn them off before you start installation.

Also, according to one of the documents for RSP, Internet Explorer 64bit will not work with WEBES or SEA. You need to install another browser. (or possibly run SEA from somewhere else?)

Hi Lintih,

ISEE has changed its name to Insight Remote Support.

If you have less than 50 servers, you might want to install Insight Remote Support Standard. The quick start guide is available here: http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-6211/index.html

If you have more than 50 servers, you should install HP Systems Insight Manager (HP SIM) with Remote Support Pack to get ISEE. The latest SIM information is available here: http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/infolibrary.html

Best Regards,
-Andy Claiborne
