    <description>Hi Alice,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With the current version of RSP OSEM is handling service events sent by SNMP Traps.       <description>Does anyone have an estimated idea how long it usually takes for an actual hardware event to show up in SIM/SEA? Does it depend on the criticality of the error? If it is informational vs critical failed device?</description>
