Hoi,

I have the following issue with Insight Remote Support Standard Software (Not the HP SIM integrated version). When I generate a test event, shorty after I get a e-mail with the following title: "HP SEA: SEATEST event callout, System Event Analyzer Detected Fault". When I check the status of my test, I notice that the status of this event is: "Undelivered: ISEE, delivered: SMTP, LOG".

How can I resolve this issue?

Kind regards,

Ruben

I followed the Web-Based Training in the learning center of the HP Smart Portal.

I tested the connection as mentioned in the training and this works.

Today I'm going the check all configuration and hopes this is going to bring a solution.

Hoi,

The problem is fixed.
We contacted HP for solving the issue.

During the initial installation proxy authentication was requiered. Afterwards this changed to full internetaccess for the single server. We removed the proxy information from the configuration, but IRS seems to remind this config. An HP assistent removed the proxy configuration by using a commandline utility (cfr. the program files directory of IRS).

This fixed the problem for us.
This fixed the problem for me.

I had the same problem. I called the support, and he gave me this command to clear the proxy information:

C:\Program Files\HP\RemoteSupport\bin>configureProxy.cmd -R

It solved the problem.

I observe that the Hosting Device accesses 15.216.12.255 via https. The internet firewall has to allow this. According to the IRS Quick Start Guide, the firewall has to allow 15.193.24.61 for https and 15.193.24.60 for tcps too.
