Hi,

I saw the only one time this problem; it was solved by inserting isee server into hosts file. If they are HP-UX clients then just insert into /etc/hosts

<IP_ADDRESS_OF_ISEE_SERVER> hostname_of_ISEE_server

Just a thought...

Best regards,
Ettore</IP_ADDRESS_OF_ISEE_SERVER>

Hello,
if you recieve a notwork error when displaying the Client UI, check the proxy setting, is the proxy correct, can the name be resolved is the user/password correct.
For sure the system need to know which IP address belongs to isee.europe.hp.com.
If all this seams to be correct, but the connection still does not work, trace the network traffic or check the log on the proxy if the authoriation works fine.
Regards
Frauke
