    <description>With ISEE notificaton failing and reading all about the proxy headaches in here, I think my issue is also the proxy server.  So I arranged to not use a proxy server.  I can browse, use the remote software support manager and get to &lt;A href="https://services.isee.hp.com/version" target="_blank"&gt;https://services.isee.hp.com/version&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;successfully without any proxy.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot seem to chaneg the proxy in SEA.  When I save the RSC page (after clearing the proxy settings) it fails, with a message about the proxy server I previously had.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I get rid of proxy setting from SEA?  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Henry&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;from a DOS prompt&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cd to C:\Program Files\HP\RemoteSupport\bin&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run the command configureProxy.cmd -R&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should remove all proxy information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;brad</description>
