RSSWM Problem

Hi

HP SIM 5.3,windows server 2003 with SP1 on Proliant BL860C blade server.I am doing ISEE Migration activity ,for that I installed RSP on it.
First day It shows all package correctly installed.But from next day onward It does not shows any package,Check for package update throw errr which i sending in attachment.Prxoy connection is success.Submit sw config data is success.
Also Initialize Remote Support Software Manager shows black screen for few second and then disappear

Your RSSWM is trying to access an obsolete download instance for IRS. Its built in HP-SIM kit V5.2-2 or later. Or you can download it directly from http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RSSWMBASE . Actual version of HP-SIM also necessary.

Hi Werner

Sorry for delay,sim version is 5.3.
i upgraded it from 5.2 to 5.3.I uninstalled rsp and installed it again,now i can see the rsp user interface .I can see all the packages now.
But now problem is different
I can not see rsp configuration in hp sim option tab. I have restarted sim ,remote server agent,and server also,but no use
