      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;it this the secord time you run it? You cannot run the utility twice without a reimage of your SPOP. IF the initialisation fails during the first run, a closer look to the error logs is needed.       <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;after imageing the SPOP, you need to install the ISEE Software using the installation utility (icon on the desktop), than registate the SPOP and install the client. A complete discription of all that needs to be done to install the software can be found in the "getting started guide for the AC".&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Frauke</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;the SPOP image CDs should have been delivered with the SPOP. The installed image is always included on 3 CDs. These contain a ghost image of the SPOP.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Frauke</description>
