Is this a new install and an upgrade. This looks like java is not ok.

Install new verbose WEBES 5.6 with "Remote Support Software Manager User Interface"

It's correct now.

Remove application with "Add Remove Program" (Windows Settings) and installation with RSSM -> It's OK
