    <description>I have a customer and they would always get this error. I have installed WEBES5.6. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Webes Health Check reported a problem at Thu, 29 Oct 2009 15:59:53 -0400&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hostname:    cdaleeng&lt;BR /&gt;Version:     1.0&lt;BR /&gt;Error Code:  E2E&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Description:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Webes HeartBeat test failed to log event. Webes may not be in running state &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CallStack:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recommended Action:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart Webes Director or Contact HP services.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I have a customer getting the same message with WEBES5.6 using Remote Support Standrad, any info would be greatly appericated.</description>

      <description>Have same issue SINCE updating to WEBES 5.6&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actions tried to resolve:&lt;BR /&gt;Restart Webes&lt;BR /&gt;Restart server&lt;BR /&gt;alternated event log notification state&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone a solution to this yet?</description>

      <description>There are many configuration issues that can cause this.  This message will persist every 8 hours until the issues is resolved. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event log notification must be turned on in order for E2E to work.  Default on installation is OFF.   This usually clears this issue up.</description>
