    <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;on my win2k3 CM server, after packages update via HP RSSWM GUI and server reboot, I have the following problem:&lt;BR /&gt;1)OSEM don't start at boot time, the service "Open Service Event Manager" doesn't appears in the system services list and connection to http://localhost:2069/default.htm of course fails.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2)The connection to "https://localhost:7906/installwizard/managedentities.html", "https://localhost:7906/installwizard/index.html"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All RSSWM updates ran OK as you can see in the attachment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CM information&lt;BR /&gt;Central management server:  &lt;BR /&gt;     Hostname:  statlog  &lt;BR /&gt;     Operating system:  Windows 2003  &lt;BR /&gt;     Version:  Systems Insight Manager 5.3 - Windows  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build version:  C.05.03.00.00  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build date:  2008-12-10 15:46  &lt;BR /&gt;     Patches:  HOTFIX53_001.jar Thu, 2/19/2009, 9:42 AM CET &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thankyou&lt;BR /&gt;Paolo</description>
