HP SIM 5.3 problem after packages update via HP RSSWM GUI

Hi,
on my win2k3 CM server, after packages update via HP RSSWM GUI and server reboot, I have the following problem:
1)OSEM don't start at boot time, the service "Open Service Event Manager" doesn't appears in the system services list and connection to http://localhost:2069/default.htm of course fails.

2)The connection to "https://localhost:7906/installwizard/managedentities.html", "https://localhost:7906/installwizard/index.html"

All RSSWM updates ran OK as you can see in the attachment.
