    <description>The service is free but your monitored systems need to be under contract or warranty. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The product you're looking for is named Insight Remote Support Advanced which is a plug-in to SIM. It takes some time to make it work everything reliably but it is a very useful tool.
