IRS - can't open port 7906

Hi.

I try to continue the IRS installation with url
https://localhost:7906/installwizard/index.htm

In firefox I get this message
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:7906. IE can't open it either. I have tried a netsh firewall show state
command and it list port 7906 as free.

Any ideas?

Could you try with .../index.html ?
Next, (to check for network issues) you could try with 127.0.0.1 and with the system's full nodename.

Is WEBES/SEA running properly? Check with "desta status". If the desta service is not running properly - start it using:
"net start desta_service"

There is no desta service installed. Looks like the installation is not complete.
