    <description>This worked, Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;new question: All of the RSSM passed, however I stll still not able to see any "Warranty" information when I run the report. Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>If you install webes 5.6 first then 5.6 update 2.0 will install.  I had same issue on new install.  I believe you need 5.6 installed first before update 2.</description>

      <description>Pete,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you fill in the contract details?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We needed to fill in:&lt;BR /&gt;Serial number&lt;BR /&gt;product number&lt;BR /&gt;Service Agreement ID which matches with the SN and PN</description>

      <description>No the warraty info does not populate. When I run the job manually one 1 server to troubleshoot, the message was check to see if the CMS has internet connectivity, and make sure the remote client service is running, which both are, I even restarted the service, but still dont work.</description>
