      <description>Hello, I am running SIM 5.3 SP1. All of sudden none of the call home for parts functionality is working. The OSEM status shows stalled. Ideas? Already tried a reboot. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

      <description>Webes V5.6 is also supporting the OSEM's SNMP handling. &lt;BR /&gt;If you upgrade to the latest version of WEBES OSEM can be removed.</description>

      <description>Hi Tuscani,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Webes 5.6 patch x is also handling snmp traps, so if you remove OSEM there shouldn't be any problems. If you create some snmp test after you removed OSEm you should see quicly if everything is working correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Adila</description>
