I monitor 500+ hpux systems and around 20 EVA's. I had a storage admin assigned and they had rights to access:<BR />HP Service San Configuration Collection<BR />HP Service Storage Configuration Collection<BR />Suspend or Resume Contract and Warranty Data Collection<BR />Remote Support Configuration and Services<BR />and when they went in change a collection, all these options were missing from their view. We didn't upgrade anything on the SIM server yet the options were definintely gone.I apologize if this is an insight remote support question but is the SIM toolbox that was the issue.
