    <description>When I try to resynch my software, or refresh the packages list I get the following error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Couldnt load and parse the XML file containing the ITM package table.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have a cure for this?  Or do I need to uninstall and re-install?</description>
