I had a previous installation of HPSIM and was using the remote support for HW escalation without any problems. I have built a new server but every single one of the clients is failing the entitlement check.

"Entitlement verification resulted in the following: * serial number USE002N6FK and product number 494329-B21 no customer data returned "

C

That worked. Thank you!

Now if I can just get the failed HW events to actually get reported to HP. Under "All Service Events" I only see warranty issues. I am not sure why the failed HW events are not being forwarded to the Remote Support piece.

C
