      <title>Remote support Adv 5.45</title>

      <description>I'm trying to install Remote Support adv 5.45 with HP SIM 6.0 on Win 2K8 R2 and I always get this error message when the installer does the connectivity check: "Failed to connect to the HP support center". However, when I try to install it I receive a mail from HPInsightRemoteSupport saying: "HP Insight Remote Support Software Management Agent Connectivity Re-established". So I think it's a connection problem. Is this a knew issue?</description>
