So I did, and the Remote Support Collection Verification tool get one error for one server: "ConnectServer()failed (HRESULT=0x80041064).Collection halted". Wondering who may have come across this kind of issue? This server is actually the IRS server itself. All other managed nodes are collected fine. Many thanks.
