Where will i get the Installation guide for the ISEE Implimentaion on EVA 3000/5000. ang Trouble Shooting Guide.

You can get on http://sstwww.fc.hp.com/ISEE/
Look ISEE_Client.pdf guide on pages 126 and 17
You have to install on SMA: ISEE 03.50, OSEM 1.3.1 and WEBES 4.3.2
You can get the OSEM and WEBES on http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/svctools/

Remember that you have to install OSEM first, then ISEE and then WEBES. I would recommend pulling one of the hard drives out of the appliance (they are mirrored) install the software and if all is well put the drive back. This will save you lots of time rebuilding the SMA if the software loads do not go well.

Are you sure that ISEE is even supported for the EVA yet? We were told that even the Ben Franklin release does not monitor the EVA at this time.

We still use EVE together with ISEE. EVE should be preinstalled on the EVA and can be connected to the ISEE Client.
