Installing 5.50 on Server 2008 R2

Hey all.. I am already running SIM 6.1B.. getting ready to install remote support.. Are there any prereqs (CMS and clients) or gotchas I should be aware of? I remember with SIM 5.x installing remote support was a nightmare and required certain steps be completed in a particular order. Thanks!

IRS A.05.50 is supportet on Windows 2008 R2 and it can be installed and configured easily.

Hi,

i have just installed 5.50 on Windows 2008-R2, the synchronize packages were running fine over TCP port 443,

but i cannot start the console (port 7906).

This server is running Comman View EVA 9.3, too, without problem on port 2372.

Any ideas?
