HP SIM Remote Support Software Installation failure

We're running HP SIM 6.1. Went to install the RSS packages and it fails on two packages:

* Remote SUpport Client A.05.50
* Remote Support configuation collector (RSCC) A.05.50.28.038

The log is attached. Please can someone assist?

More information you may find in the log files which are located in \HP\CM\RSSWM_Pkg_logs\.. .

Here is the error message when we attempt to reinstall

' Remote Support Client A.05.50' installation failed due to the following error:
An exception was thrown when installing the service CM_GL_ISEECLIENTCMS_WIN. See the log CM_GL_ISEECLIENTCMS_WIN_install.log for details.

Hi,

Go in to WIndows Services and disabled HP RSSWM-SIM Context Service and remote support client service and try again.
