Do you mean events inside SIM or email?

I guess you are talking about emails which are generated by WEBES a part of insight remote support advanced. In this case you should maintain your systems with missing information
inside SIM (Country code, PN, SN, contact and site). This should reduce the number of emails after a reboot.

Do you have your own event automation tasks?

Hi, when I reboot the hp sim server, I get spammed by previously sent problem-reports and "Not eligible". It doesn’t often reboot, but when it happens, it's a little annoying.

Any tips will be appreciated.

Thank you. I found out after few hours OSEM was the culprit. Apparently it is no longer supported; how it got on my hp sim I have no idea, but I uninstalled it and now everything looks better.
