      <title>Initialize Remote support software Manager</title>

      <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with software, Initialize Remote Support. When I try to install the software it shows me the Proxy problems.(Failed to connect to the HP support center.&lt;BR /&gt;Plase click back and verify your proxy settings.)&lt;BR /&gt;But my proxy is correct. Pleae find enclosed the logfile to check what happened.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards&lt;BR /&gt;Jackson</description>
