      <description>Attempting to install Remote Support 5.5 and the install fails at the installation of Remote Support Client A05.50.  The log states...&lt;BR /&gt;SWM-SIMserviceController.exe&lt;BR /&gt;Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object not set to an instance of an object.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help?&lt;BR /&gt;Windows 2008 server 32bit</description>

      <description>Deleted the folder C:\Program Files\HP\installers then ran the setup again and now works.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thankyou very much!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem when installing IRSA A.05.70 onto a Windows 2008 R2 server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After deleting the Installers directory, I was able to proceed without the SWM-SIMserviceController.exe file issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
