Remote Support Client 5.5 Install fails

Attempting to install Remote Support 5.5 and the install fails at the installation of Remote Support Client A05.50. The log states...
SWM-SIMserviceController.exe
Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object not set to an instance of an object.

Any help?
Windows 2008 server 32bit

Deleted the folder C:\Program Files\HP\installers then ran the setup again and now works.

I had the same problem when installing IRSA A.05.70 onto a Windows 2008 R2 server.

After deleting the Installers directory, I was able to proceed without the SWM-SIMserviceController.exe file issue.
