    <description>Hi Micke,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had the same problem, even if I had version of Insight Control 6.1 and IRSA 5.50. I followed your advice to uninstall SMH 6.2.2.7 and install the earlier version 6.2.1.14, and now everything works correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;Adila</description>

      <description>Hi!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have noticed that Insight Control 6.2 Update 1 have a problem. Not to the products it updates but to the Insight Remote Support program&lt;BR /&gt;I thought that this was tested due to the fact that it has been a similar problem earlier with System Management Homepage and Remote Support Client.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems that has something with PHP to do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As HP support did not believe me I have tested in my own LAB.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is the new System Management Homepage 6.2.2.7. Update 1 install this and after a lot of information is gone under Remote Support Client part of Insight Control.&lt;BR /&gt;If you uninstall SMH 6.2.2.7 and install the earlier version 6.2.1.14 it works again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards&lt;BR /&gt;/Micke Ch</description>
