HP Drive Array Agent Error

Hi All,

I have the following Messages in System event log, and when them appear, the system doesn't send snmp traps in case of disk failure.

The same behaviour on DL380 G6, SmartStart 8.50, WIN2003 SP2 and on DL380 G3 SmartStart 8.30, WIN2003 SP2. All the servers are field deployed and this is a very critical issues for fault management pourpose.

All the messages have EventID: 515

Drive Array Agent Error: Could not read the registry subkey: "CompaqStorage\DriveArray\Controller". Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error."

Drive Array Agent Error: Could not read the registry subkey: "CompaqStorage\DriveArray\Accelerator". Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error."

Drive Array Agent Error: Could not read the registry subkey: "CompaqStorage\DriveArray\Logical". Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error."

Drive Array Agent Error: Could not read the registry subkey: "CompaqStorage\DriveArray\ControllerPerf". Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error."

Drive Array Agent Error: Could not read the registry subkey: "CompaqStorage\DriveArray\Physical". Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error."

Is there any log or trace I could analize and submit for support?
