    <description>Contract and Warranty information works only   if Insight Remote Support Advanced IRSA is installed. But IRSA is only supported under Windows. But If you want to know the information / status you can use &lt;A href="http://www.itrc.hp.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.itrc.hp.com&lt;/A&gt; warranty check manually.</description>

      <title>SIM server issues</title>

      <description>sever : hp-ux 11i v3&lt;BR /&gt;issue: SIM server can't retrive "Contract and Warranty Data Collection"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Installed all binaries on hp-ux server. And  SIM server successfully discovered the hp-ux box. But after this when try to run "Contract and Warranty Data Collection" it won't give any out put even any error.</description>
