No WEBES notifications are being received in SEA

IRSA 5.60

Webes 6.2

CMS - Windows 2008 64 Bit Standard SP2 running on VMware VM.

I have tested events using 'wccproxy test' and via the Test Event opton in SEA and the SEA is not showing any WEBES notifications at all.

I have tried rebooting the CMS and also stopping and starting the desta and wccproxy services.

What else can I try to troubleshoot this please?

Can you see your CMS inside SIM under options-> remote support configuration... -> entitlement tab?

Do you see your CMS inside SEA on the left hand side( Default Group) or in the managed entities list?

Your VM host should be ESX or ESXi to support IRS the service event transmission to HP.
