    <description>&lt;P&gt;HP SIM 6.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IRSA 5.60&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webes 6.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CMS - Windows 2008 64 Bit Standard SP2 running on VMware VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tested events using 'wccproxy test' and via the Test Event opton in SEA and the SEA is not showing any WEBES notifications at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried rebooting the CMS and also stopping and starting the desta and wccproxy services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can I try to troubleshoot this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you see your CMS inside SIM under options-&amp;gt; remote support configuration... -&amp;gt; entitlement tab?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see your CMS inside SEA on the left hand side( Default Group) or in the managed entities list?﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your VM host should be ESX or ESXi to support IRS the service event transmission&amp;nbsp; to HP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
