      <description>How do I get an account for this to log into?  I tried installing it to fix a printer problem and it asked me for a username and password.  Any help would be appreciated.</description>

      <description>As I said before I can't login after installing the software.  I type my normal login name and password that I use and can't sign in after that.</description>
