      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This was a known problem in older ISEE versions, you should install/upgrade to the current version A.03.95.500.xxx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or you can workaround the problem by modifying the cron job with:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;0 0 * * 1 /opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/config/pruneIncidents.sh &amp;gt; /dev/null 2&amp;gt;&amp;amp;1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
