ISEE on SMA

Hello,

I have installed ISEE and OSEM and WEBES on an SMA attached to an EVA.
How can I know if the whole thing is working? I got the incident that HP received the Test and that the S/N was verified. Is that it? anything else should I have configured or set up?

Hi,

You could run "wsea test" command from a DOS window, this should generate a WEBES event and send to HP.

From OSEM, you can also send OSEM Test (from Start > Programs > OSEM).

You will see these incidents when you logon to the ISEE GUI, they should be closed within 20 minutes, that indicates everything is working.
