    <description>Thanks for the answer but I have figured it out. The problem was that we have automatic install enabled in RSP for SIM and webes 5.2 had automatically installed itself and had problems connecting to the webesdb on the server. I removed sql express and webes and reinstalled and now it is working correctly.</description>

      <description>There is no clear answer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may want to try restarting desta and wccproxy first:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;*******&lt;BR /&gt;net stop desta_service&lt;BR /&gt;net stop wccproxy&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;wait about 1-2 minutes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;net start wccproxy &lt;BR /&gt;net start desta_service&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try to go into the SEA UI again&lt;BR /&gt;*******&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is also information in the WEBES Install Guide in section 2.1.1 regarding Java.
