Tammy,

Befor removing and re-installing the ISEE client try this:

1) Open a new instance of your bowser and point to: http://
:5060/start.html

2) Login to ISEE

3) Select 'configuration options' from the left hand navigation panel.

4) A new window will open. Select 'company' from the navigation panel in the new window.

You now should be at the area of the ISEE form that permits you to enter the entitlement credentials (e.g., system handle).

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you find other issues with entitlement.

Take care,
frank

I keep getting entitlementCheck test failed when I run iseeConnectivityTest.sh.
I can not find any place at ISEE web page to fill out the System Handle information. I know I can go to http://isee.americas.hp.com w/o problem. I have ISEE A.03.50.854 on hpux 11.11.

Thanks for any help...

Hi,

I've had the same issue on some of my servers (but not on all of them)
I tried re-installing ISEE. After that I did get the field to enter the system handle.
We also had an issue with proxy settings for some of these machines at the same time. There could be a relation there...

regards,

Bart

Check also your proxy configuration.

Remember that ISEE can only support either basic authentication or no configuration at all.

If you have NTLM for instance you should start considering a Proxy Bypass.

Hope this aids.
