      <description>ok just upgraded to SIM 5.2 so we can use servcie essentials&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i belive i have installed all the right bit's needed however on the sim homepage under the CW collom i only get a blue?.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;how do i get it to get the information?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;also dose any one have the link to the install guied as i have done this with out one so i could have done it wrong&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers</description>

      <description>You need to go to options --&amp;gt; Contract and Warranty data collection and select all servers to get that changed.
