I am trying to configure my hp-ux for RSP 05.10, and after completing configuring the WBEM and while trying to indentify the HP-UX server i am getting the following error:

Checking for WBEM support on system.
This system has WBEM protocol support
This system does not have any SMI-S CIMOM installed

please advice what to be done for the SMI-S CIMOM???

As far as I know, nothing. SMI-S is an interface to talk to your SAN arrays and it should be present only, for example, on hosts that have CommandView.

I managed to solve the problem by re-installing the prerequisists of the HP-UX.
