    <description>This issue is a result of a recent update to the "Remote Support Eligible Systems List" RSP package. You must install the "fixed" version of this package (A.05.10.21) using the Software Manager (SWM). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Remove the SMS/SMA from WEBES and exit WEBES.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Run the identify task in HP SIM with the SMS/SMA as the target.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Restart the DESTA service on the CMS.&lt;BR /&gt;4) Open the SEA (WEBES) interface.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The SMS should now be properly identified as a Command View Server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Take care,&lt;BR /&gt;frank&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>WEBES Managed Entities detect wrong SMS, SMA</title>

      <description>When CMS discovered SMS (SMA), WEBES on CMS not detect srver type as "Command View Server", it identified as "WMI WBEM Server". I removed wrong list in WEBES and restart DESTA service, but WEBES still create detected server as "WMI WBEM Server" type, how to correct it?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had same problem and did like said above.&lt;BR /&gt;But now the CV server shows up as SNMP device =)</description>

      <description>Thanks all, I found a solution as this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That your server is seen as a WMI-server is a problem with the new Remote Support Eligible List (version 20)&lt;BR /&gt;This can be solved by renaming C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupportEligible\Config\ BusinessLogicRule.xml to .old and replacing it with the an old file that is included in the WEBES kit C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\svctools\common\desta\config\BusinessLogicRule.xml&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
