    <description>I don't want to grant using the default "Administrator" user to access the SPOP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I add new user under CYGWIN on the SPOP?&lt;BR /&gt;Do I need a similar Windows user?&lt;BR /&gt;How does CYGWIN sshd authenticate; does it use only /etc/passwd or use Windows authentication?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;            Emil</description>
