Is there a way to refresh the WEBES Managed Entities list quickly from the data in SIM without having to wait... forever?

Thanks
I tried an identify systems, but WEBES doesn't seem to create the managed entry. I does seem to synchronize eventually but I don't know when, it can take a while, and there's no documented way to force a synchronization.

Thanks
Hi!

You have to stop Webes and then start webes...
Thats the way to force a sync..

Best Regards
Micke Ch

Here's how I nailed this one out.

1. Stopping and restarting desta_service does seem to work.

2. Some devices are detected in WEBES with their name set as the serial number ONLY. You have to find them out and delete them. Then the one with the correct name should appear automagically.

Thread closed
