Can I access an ISEE Client (at the customer, http://:5060/start.htm) from HP internal network via Spearhead portal?

depends. if the customer has an SPOP where you can connect via spearhed than you can open a Terminal Session via Spearhed on the SPOP and then open the clients gui. For this quesitions maybe it is better to use this internal forum: http://herkules.grc.hp.com/documents/software/isee/forum/board.php

No, you cannot access ISEE on a Client when you are at HP office. Spearhead allows you to access either SPOP or CAS, then you can launch IE (on the SPOP) and connect to ISEE Clients.
