RSP Error on it's page all of a sudden

Seem to be getitng this error all of a sudden:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method DOMDocument::document_element() in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs\isee\isee-functions.php on line 1852

line 1852 is: $root = $xmldoc->document_element();

So when going to RSP Config & Services page, that is what I get.

Has anyone seen this or know what it is?
Has a latest XML patch from MS hosed something?

Are the updates for RSP out yet or did you reinstall the old version you had?

I got this also, upgraded with some minor problems to 5.03 and it works fine for most part.
