I have just installed HPSIM on RHEL5 , and I would like to install the HP Service Essentials Remote Support Pack. Does anyone know if this is available for LINUX ? , and if so where to find it

Hi There,

There is not currently a version of Remote Support Pack available for Linux. A Linux-based Remote Support Pack is high on the list of features on the RSP roadmap.

Even though Remote Support Pack only currently runs on Windows CMS machines, it can monitor Linux machines in the enterprise.
