      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;    my customer installed the webes v5.4 and receives the message below to each 8h.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Version:     1.0   &lt;BR /&gt;Error Code:  E2E     &lt;BR /&gt;Description:    Webes HeartBeat test failed to log event. Webes may not be in running state.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I try the workaround:&lt;BR /&gt;      DOS&amp;gt;net stop desta_service &lt;BR /&gt;      DOS&amp;gt;net stop wccproxy &lt;BR /&gt;      DOS&amp;gt;net start wccproxy &lt;BR /&gt;      DOS&amp;gt;net start desta_service &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Doesn't work...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is anybody known this problem this solved in the webes v 5.5?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance.</description>

      <description>These nasty E2E messages have been going on and on for ages, across multiple versions of WEBES. I've seen them a few times with WEBES 5.4 but it has been quite for a while for me now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5.5 just got released, there's no mention of exactly what it fixes in the release notes but you might give it a try.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck</description>

      <description>You should not disable the health check cause the director might fail and you would not notice.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;E2Es will occur unless log notification is enabled. Log notification can be enabled from either the SEA Web User Interface or else from the command line using the command "wsea log prob on".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sebastian</description>
