topic RSSWM will not install in Insight Remote Support

Hi all,

I had to uninstall RSSWM and re-install it (version std0501), however my re-install is unsuccessful.
When I run the setup.exe, I get a "A version of this product that is greater than or equal to this version has already been installed" and the program exists. However, I've removed all previous traces of the program from the add/remove programs.
Anybody know how to completely delete all traces of previous RSSWM installs so I can freshly install it again?

Thanks,
Matt
Scan your registry for RSSWM and RSSM entries.

I had a similar problem trying to install Insight Remote Support on a Storage Server. There were some rogue entries in the registry that were causing the problem.

Steven
