HP-SIM Remote Support Configuration & services is not available

Hi All,
i have just installed the HP-SIM 5.03.01 version on my windows 2003 sp2 server. But when I open the hp-sim main page, in the options menu Remote Support Configuration and Services is not available. How to obtain that one.

Have you installed Remote Support Software Manager 5.30? The Remote Support Configuration and Services will not show up until that is installed. If you did a typical install of HPSIM you should see an Icon on your desktop. To install you need to go to Start --> Programs --> Hewlett-Packard --> Remote Support Software Manager --> Initialize Remote Support Software Manager....hope this helps
