      <description>1&amp;gt;downloaded from HP web.&lt;BR /&gt;2&amp;gt;unzip the package on the server and clicked on "Setup.exe"&lt;BR /&gt;a window pops up:&lt;BR /&gt;"After installation, please click Next"&lt;BR /&gt;3&amp;gt;Okay, so I wait on and on and on...&lt;BR /&gt;It seems nothing is happening.&lt;BR /&gt;What's going on? Anybody please shed a light for me? This is a Windows 2003 server (configured as a Terminal server).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Much appreciated.</description>

      <description>Are you installing IRS v5.30? I have never encountered this problem. you ca check the connectivity to HP first by browsing the following sites:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://services.isee.hp.com/version/" target="_blank"&gt;https://services.isee.hp.com/version/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/stats" target="_blank"&gt;https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/stats&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also add the folllowing the Hosts file of the Windows server:&lt;BR /&gt;15.216.12.255  services.isee.hp.com     &lt;BR /&gt;15.193.24.61 rsswm.software.hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;15.193.24.60 rsswm.policy.hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;192.151.53.110 catcher.sanmaster.com&lt;BR /&gt;127.0.0.1 cceiseappr01.cce.hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>SANJAY, it seems this server is not "clean" enough to install IRS. I have got the following error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;An existing full CMS install was found. Unable to upgrade to an SA installation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I manually clean it up? Any tools?&lt;BR /&gt;There must be some left-over but I don't see them on the "Add/remove" list.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>seems i had IRS Advanced installed before but wasn't removed properly. Reinstalled the IRS Advanced.</description>
