Where is mtools.sh for ISEE migration?

I am trying to migrate some HP-UX server from ISEE to Insight RSP. Follow the manual to download the migration tool in RSSWM, ftp to the HP-UX server and swinstall the mTools package. But the mtools.sh shell script is not in there, this is what in the /opt/hpservices/MigrationTools directory

extractV3Info.pl
php
post2Dropbox.php
updateV3toV5.sh
zip

Is the manual outdated (after it was published this month)?

Let me answer my own question.
Yes, run "updateV3toV5.sh CMS_IP" of mtools.sh. The rest is the same as in the manual.
