      <title>Tabs missing in SIM</title>

      <description>Hi guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Due to reporting issues, we were forced to re-install the Remote Support Client on our CMS today. After we did this, all the Services tabs on the "Remote Support Configuration and Services" page are missing (see attached screenshot).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What am I doing wrong?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks in advance!</description>

      <description>Hi Lars,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Using RSSWM remove then install:&lt;BR /&gt;- Remote Support Configuration Collector&lt;BR /&gt;- Remote Support Configuration Collector Extension&lt;BR /&gt;- if the expected managed devices are not been found under the tab Entitlement&lt;BR /&gt;Remote Support Eligible Systems List&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards, Werner</description>
