    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you can help us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VM with SIM 6.2 and Remote Support Software Manager version is A.05.60.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not able to register the RSA, we are getting this error message: Remote Support registration failed. There may be connectivity issues, or the datacenter may be offline right now.
