"&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/insight-remote-support/next-gen/index.html"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Insight Remote Support Next Generation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;" leads you to the new version version 7 of IRS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IRS submits service events and configuration collection of the remote support eligible and enabled devices to HP.
